This policy covers the website gsbarbershoptucson.com and the online booking system at book.gsbarbershoptucson.com (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided for G's Barber Shop, 1722 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85719, and is operated on the shop's behalf by Tech&Payments LLC, Tucson, Arizona ("we", "us").
We do not collect payment card numbers. Nothing is charged online; you pay at the shop.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
A barber can connect his own Google Calendar so that new appointments appear there automatically. When he connects, Google asks for his permission and the Service receives access to:
calendar.freebusy), so the booking page does not offer times when he is
already busy. The Service reads only busy/free blocks, not the details of his other events.calendar.events), so the Service can create, update and remove the events for
appointments booked through it.openid, email), to know which Google account is
connected.The access token is stored encrypted and is used only to provide these features. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared except as needed to provide the Service or when required by law. People do not read it unless the barber asks us for help, it is needed for security, or the law requires it. A barber can disconnect at any time from his account or from his Google Account settings; the stored token is then deleted.
The Service's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Only the providers needed to run the Service: our hosting provider in the United States and the email service that delivers booking messages. They may use the data only to provide those services to us.
Appointment records are kept while G's Barber Shop uses the Service so the shop can see its history. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
All connections use HTTPS. Calendar tokens are encrypted, and access to the system is limited to the people who run it.
The Service is not meant for children under 13. A parent or guardian books kids' cuts.
